Founder

Khoa Pham is an accomplished business leader with 16 years of diverse experience spanning law, operations, and executive leadership. Recognized for his pragmatic, people-first approach and strategic decision-making, he has a proven ability to drive growth and cultivate high-performing and engaged teams.

With a strong entrepreneurial drive and a track record spanning the APAC region, Khoa has successfully led businesses in various industries and at every stage—from early ventures to established companies. His standout achievements include:

Establishing and scaling the ANZ arm of an e-mobility startup from 0 to 5M in annual recurring revenue within 12 months as the GM, then transitioning to Executive President to oversee its expansion to $30M/year.
Securing $150M in funding from top-tier venture capital and private equity firms as General Counsel & Chief Commercial Officer.

Outside work, Khoa dedicates himself to family life. He spends his free time with his wife Cara and their two kids, Maya and Xavier (the inspiration behind "Maxa"), whether exploring new local dumplings restaurants or watching Bluey on repeat.
